How will my product be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped UPS ground; however, the weight of your total order determines the available shipping methods. If you are in Alaska, your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or by U.S. Postal service, either priority or 4th class.

 

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the product. When you order an item the shipping charges will be shown for that item.

 

How long does it take for a product to be shipped?
It will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
7 - 10 business days after you place an order.

 

What is your return policy?
Returns will be taken within 30 days of invoice date. You must e-mail us at alaskabutcher@acsalaska.net for a return authorization number and it must be freight prepaid. All products must be returned new and unused (no food contact).

 

Is there a warranty on products?
Many of our products have manufacturer warranties.
