The MV-41 is the perfect machine for those users wanting to do full fillets. Most fillets are under 20" long. Can vacuum pack two fillets per cycle, one on each end and still put smaller packages across the front heat bar, laying them on top of the two fillets. The packages laying on top of each other is a plus as the weight helps force the air out of the bottom packages.

The MV-41 is the perfect machine for those users wanting to do full fillets. Most fillets are under 20" long. Can vacuum pack two fillets per cycle, one on each end and still put smaller packages across the front heat bar, laying them on top of the two fillets. The packages laying on top of each other is a plus as the weight helps force the air out of the bottom packages.
The cycle time will still be under 30 seconds compared to longer chambers which will require over 60 seconds to remove the white frost pockets from the fish fillet. In other words, the chamber size is perfect for most users, not too large requiring a longer cycle time yet can still do up to 20" fillets, 12" wide.
