Our service department works on most commercial vacuum packing machines and other equipment that we sell.

All commercial machines come with a one or two year parts warranty for machines purchased from ABES. It depends on the manufacturer.

Our shop rate is $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour. Normally, estimates are at no charge. There are exceptions, as some equipment requires labor to arrive at the problem.

Home suction machines: We sold the Foodsaver brand for years until they moved their product to China. If the machine is made in Italy, (it will be noted on the bottom of the case) then theres a good chance we can still service it. This includes the original model going back almost 20 years.

The normal tune up charge on a suction machine is $65.00. This charge covers the basic parts needed. Other parts such as a pump will be in addition to the $65.00.

The Service Department also sharpens knives for $5 a blade.
